NFS Carbon cars Part II

Using some tricks and cheats perhaps, I managed to include BMW M3 GTR into Car Lot in Career Mode. This was achieved by writing some values into NFSC.exe while it was running using a hex editor program. There are certain rules of course, to allow this to happen. Thanks for the tips from all forumers in NFSUnlimited forum!

Unlike NFS Most Wanted, Carbon allows certain customisations to be applied to M3 GTR except for the AutoSculpt. I can apply paint, custom wheels, wheel paint and modify the ride height. I think it's just a matter of time before someone out there can hack into the game and open up a total customisation opportunities to all items in the game. So here's M3 GTR with a little pimpin' on it (custom wheels).

On to one of the most exotic cars around, Lamborghini Gallardo. The one that sounds like ...hmm, how should I say it. Well, it doesn't sound like a revving car at all. I don't even know if Lamborghini does sound like that in real life. I'm sorry but I couldn't describe it.

I applied an iridescent black paint with yellow pigmentation or tint to the car (does my method of explaining the paint sound ridiculous?) . Simply said, during customisation, choose iridescent paint, select yellow colour region and then choose the blackest square in the pallet. Applied the custom body and front bumper, wheels and ride height modification, this is my 'done up' Gallardo.

Then I applied some vynils on the hood, making it look 'meaner'. I have to say that it's a welcome improvement if EA could make the vynils also available in metallic, chrome, pearl, iridescent etc. type of paint.

I'm satisfied with my 7800 GT in handling the graphics for Carbon. Although stuttering in some place while playing, well..there are many factors that contribute to that. I think overclocking it could raise the performance a bit more..or perhaps, a Conroe.
